The Lacey City Council gives Jason the opportunity to help shape one the best managed cities in Washington.
He works for better roads, better parks and more urban trails. Through his dedication and attention to detail Lacey has clean and ample drinking water, cleaner water ways and expanded water reclamation.
Here is what Jason does for
you:
-
Works with Lacey, Olympia, the Nisqually Tribe, Yelm
and other governments to ensure water rights
and optimize conservation.
-
Secures
water from the Olympia Brewery in
Tumwater, and several ground water
resources to meet future water
requirements for new residents and attract businesses to Lacey.
-
Helped complete a new 100-acre regional athletic complex,
with several soccer fields, lighted softball/baseball fields,
picnic areas, outdoor event facilities, playgrounds, restrooms,
walking trails and plenty of parking.
-
Proudly maintains Lacey’s honor of Tree City USA. Programs to
plant and preserve trees are constantly modified to make Lacey
truly a tree city.
-
Works for cleaner water in the Deschutes River, Woodland Creek, other water ways and shores.
-
Manages increased traffic problems by adding better traffic controls and adding new roads.
For example, extended Mullen Road from Ruddell Road to College Street at 37th Avenue. This
helps direct Olympia bound traffic away from the main streets of West
Lacey. Jason also got the College
Street reconstruction study initiated.
-
His less visible management of finances and budget
enable the ongoing successes of the City of Lacey.

Please read: Washington State law allows a maximum
contribution of $800.00 per election per
candidate. That means the maximum
donation can be given for the primary
election and then again for the fall
election. This applies to each adult in
your household. Contributions of any
amount are greatly appreciated
